A maximum of two (2) extension requests can be requested per lock at a per diem cost of 1.8bps for each day a lock is extended. If additional time is needed past two (2) extensions, the loan would need to be relocked once expired per standard policy.
No lock can be extended for more than thirty (30) days in aggregate. If additional time is needed past thirty (30) days, the loan would need to be relocked once expired per standard policy.
Any extension requests moving the expiration date to a non-business day or holiday will automatically be moved next available business day at cost.
Example: An extension request for 1 day at the cost of 1.8bps for a file expiring on Friday, which results in a Saturday expiration will result in an additional 3.6bps adjustment being applied for both Saturday and Sunday to move to a Monday expiration.

A maximum of one relock may be applied per loan within thirty (30) days of original expiration.
All relocks will be assessed a flat fee of 10bps at time of execution.
Expired locks may request a relock for a new fifteen (15) day lock term with pricing being determined based on worst case pricing.
